What is GI Column Method?
The GI Column Method is a mechanical agitation slurry-based deep mixing technique that uses a compact and high-performance dedicated construction machine. Despite its small size, it can perform high-torque construction, demonstrating excellent performance even in narrow or small-scale sites.
By adopting a center-hole auger head and a compact, low-center-of-gravity design, the method ensures stable construction. It can accommodate large-diameter and deep improvements, with a diameter of up to Φ1600mm and depths of up to 15 meters.
Additionally, real-time construction monitoring allows for tracking depth, rotation speed, and slurry injection volume during construction, ensuring stable and high-quality improvement body formation.

Features
- Small construction machine suitable for narrow and small-scale sites
- Capable of large-diameter (Φ1600mm) and deep improvements up to 15m)
- Construction machine weight is about 1/4 of large machines, making transportation and assembly easier
- Thorough quality control with real-time construction management monitor
- Obtained Building Technology Performance Certification (GBRC Performance Certification No. 15-02)
