What is SS Column Method?

The SS Column Method is a deep mixing technique that injects cement milk (slurry) into the ground and mechanically agitates and mixes it with the in-situ soil, forming stable, column-shaped improvement bodies (soil-cement columns) within the ground.

To specifically address soils with high cohesion, the method uses a unique anti-rotation wing design to prevent un-mixed sections and ensure the construction of a uniform and consistent improvement body.

With thorough construction management and high precision, this method is widely adopted for foundation work in buildings, residential areas, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects due to its high reliability. SSコラム工法イメージ
